joining URC team, 20 March

I joined rose's university rover team.

It aim to win at university rover challenge University Rover Challenge(URC) is a competition for university student. This competition aim to develop rover which can search on the Mars. There are several task. The task that I'm most interested in is autonomous traversal task. In this task, we try to find the tennis ball in the mars desert research station. Our rover must move to find the tennis ball in the mars desert research field, and recognize tennis ball and make the path planning.

I said i'm interested in image recognition, and they assign me the task. This task is using the Lider on the ROS.  I have used ROS, python, opencv, so it’s not difficult for me.

I have to complete this task before I come back to japan.

I’ll do the best for this task!!
